Start your adventure in Cedeira, visiting the Cedeira Sea Museum and exploring A Concepción castle, with panoramic views. Discover Sarridal castro and Punta Sarridal viewpoint. Then head towards Punta Candeeira lighthouse and continue on to the Teixidelo viewpoint and Santo André de Teixido sanctuary.

Continue on to Moeche and Cerdido. Discover Moeche castle and then enter the fraga dos Casás, an authentic Atlantic woodland.

Finally, the route takes you to Valdoviño. Explore O Baleo beach and enjoy the views from the lighthouse and coastal battery at Punta Frouxeira. Visit the Océano Surf Museum, the lagoon and sand dunes de A Frouxeira, and find peace and quiet at the Virxe do Porto hermitage. End your day feeling the energy of Pantín beach, worldrenowned for its perfect waves.
